Kay Ballard

Kay Ballard is a member of Unite Community and chair of the Tower Hamlets Trades Council. Unite Community is a part of the union Unite that those not in employment can join. A Trades Council brings together unions in a local area. In this interview, Kay explains her history of working and organising in Tower Hamlets, as well as what a worker centre could do in the borough.
