School is a Crime Scene is a zine created by School is a Crime Scene, a youth-led campaign in Stroud against the (mis)education system. The zine, written by current and former school students, inquires into ‘factory’ schooling as a tool of domination, moulding young people to meet the needs of our racist, capitalist system. The aim of this inquiry is to further the fightback against and disrupt schooling as a tool of domination, and instead seek a system that empowers people.

Below you can find a pdf of the zine, kindly sent to us by the campaign group. We republish it here to encourage students elsewhere to conduct further student inquiries into their own experiences of and conditions under capitalism, and organise against them.
